Bella was super kind during my nail appointment and I loved my nails after she finished. They looked great and I wanted to continue coming to her after seeing her work. Unfortunately, her service after was very unprofessional. After having my nails for only 4 days, two of my nails snapped off very easily. I kindly reached out to her and asked if she could fix them for me because I didn’t want to have to take all of my nails off after only having them for 4 days. The next day came and still no response, and I lost another nail. I contacted her three times to her phone number and instagram account, and she never responded on both platforms.
